These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sparky Suds Mobile Grooming website and your booking of mobile dog grooming or dog walking services from Bark & Bubbles Express Dog Grooming, LLC, d/b/a Sparky Suds Mobile Grooming ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a service through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides mobile dog grooming services and, in select service areas, dog walking services, performed by our groomers, dog walkers, employees, or independent contractors engaged by the Company. Bookings, including intake information and the signed Liability Waiver for dog walking, are managed through our third-party booking partner, Moego.

3. Service Area

Grooming services are offered throughout the greater Westchester County, NY area. Dog walking services are offered in select areas, as presented at the time of booking through Moego. Service area availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Grooming appointments are booked and paid for according to the terms presented at the time of booking through our grooming partner.
  • Dog walking services are booked through Moego, our third-party booking partner, at the rate presented at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service — we accept cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle, collected upon arrival for each walk.
  • We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or refusal of future service, at the Company's discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your dog, including health conditions, temperament, vaccination status, and any history of aggression, at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the Walker or groomer to access your dog, including secure entry information if applicable. Failure to disclose known risks does not relieve you of responsibility under the Liability Waiver.

6. Liability Waiver for Dog Walking

Dog walking services require a signed Liability Waiver and Release, collected through Moego as part of the booking process, prior to the first scheduled walk. That Waiver remains in effect for all subsequent walks booked by the same Client unless the Company requests a renewed signature.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party tools, including Formspree (contact form submission) and Moego (grooming and dog walking booking, payments, and liability waivers). Your use of these tools is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
